Sails Tailored to Your Sailing Program

Customize your sailing club sails the easy way! At iSails, we offer a wide range of customization options to ensure your sails meet the specific needs of your sailing club, school, or program.

Boost Your Sailing Program’s Visibility

Want your fleet to stand out? We can add custom colors, logos, and branding elements to help promote your identity and mission on the water.

Running drills or team racing? Ask us about color-coding options for quick and easy visual identification—ideal for coaches and competitors alike.

Many clubs order the panels in different colors, say some red , some green for coaching purposes, such as: “red sail start on starboard, green on port“ or ” red races green“ or “red sail go with Mike, green sails go with Peter” etc. There is no extra cost for orders of 5 sails or more.

Durability That Matches Your Demands

Need sails that go the distance? We’ll work with you to select the right materials—like heavier Dacron or added radial reinforcements. While these may come at a higher initial cost, they significantly extend sail life and reduce long-term expenses.

Built for Ease of Use

Beyond visual customization, we design sails with practical use in mind. We understand the reality of rigging a dozen boats in high wind before class begins. That’s why we offer features like:

  • Traditional or loose-footed mains
  • Classic or floating tacks
  • Optional leech lines and Velcro battens—or simplified versions with sewn-in battens and no leech lines
  • Sail shapes optimized for your local conditions (e.g., deeper draft or larger roach)

For specific fleets, we also offer convenient upgrades such as:

  • UV-banded furling jibs (ideal for Mercators and J boats)
  • Lazy cradles for faster flaking
  • Vectran luff wires for C420s
  • Tie-free Opti sails for quick rigging

Smart Features for Long-Term Value

To reduce wear and prolong sail life, we incorporate smart design choices like negative roach jibs, fewer battens, reinforced corners, and simplified geometry—without compromising performance.

Your Ideas, Our Expertise

Have something in mind to customize your club sails? Let’s make it happen. Many of our best innovations come from sailors like you—like the raised boom on our J22 sails, a now-popular modification originally suggested by Ken Block at Park City Sailing.

We’re here to collaborate and deliver sails that truly work for your program—often at no additional cost.
